Missing activation code or rejected code
Send only the PayPal receipt ID, checkout email, and whether the TS- code is missing or rejected. Buyer data, listing copy, product files, source files, license keys, marketplace credentials, and shop access are not needed for payment recovery.
Listing-pack question
Send a de-identified summary of the marketplace, product category, file formats, compatibility claim, delivery symptom, and approved support policy. Do not email private buyer data, proprietary source files, unpublished product links, account credentials, or marketplace exports. Wait for support to request the minimum safe diagnostic if one is necessary.
